What is the DREAM DESTINATION EUROPE?

DREAM DESTINATION EUROPE is a tourism platform that gives internet users the possibility to book accomodation directly online.

 

 

How do I find an accommodation on your website?

Differently to travel agencies, you can search yourself on our website the desired accommodation and book it directly, without changing to another website. On our home page click the link “find your hotel”  and fill in the research box by selecting the destination (city or area), the length of your stay (check in, check out), number of persons, accomodation category ect. There will be shown all accommodations of the destination divided by category.  Choose then the hotel you like and complete the reservation data.

 

 

Do I have to register myself for searching accommodations?

No, you do not. For searching accommodations you can surf in our website without being signed in.

 

 

Do I have to register myself for booking accommodations?

Yes, for booking an accommodation you will be asked to sign in.

 

 

How do I register?

On our homepage you click the link register. You will be asked to provide your e-mail address and personal information which will be registered in our system. Immediately afterwards you will receive an e-mail with your login and password, which you can personalize. The password gives you access to your online account where you can view the status and details of your bookings and eventually cancel them.

For cancelling your personal data you have to send an e-mail to customerservice@de-europe.com. All your personal data will be cancelled in your system.

 

 

What happens if I forget my password?

You go to the DREAM DESTINATION EUROPE-homepage and click the link ‘Login’.  Once on the login page, click on 'Forgotten your password?’ insert the e-mail address you have registered with and the password will be sent to you automatically.

 

 

How can I search accommodations by rate?

In the selection box on the DREAM DESTINATION EUROPE homepage you have an option to search your accommodation by category and by rate.

 

 

How can I contact the accommodation directly or phone to the hotel?

All contact details, exact address and phone number will be given to you,  in the confirmation e-mail.

 

 

How can I find an accommodation with specific facilities such as pool or parking?You access the hotel page; there you will find all facilities an accommodation is offering.

 

 

How will I know if the accommodation offers a shuttle service?

Please check the hotel page under facilities. If the hotel offers a shuttle service contact it directly.  You will receive the phone number together with the booking confirmation by e-mail.

 

 

How do I know if the accommodation allows pets?

You will find this information on the hotel page in the facilities list.

 

 

How do I know if the accommodation has an elevator?

Please check the facilities list on the hotel page. 

 

 

How do I know if the accommodation is accessible  for handicapped persons?

You will find this information on the hotel page.

 

 

Where can I find the directions to an accommodation?

You will find the detailed description how to arrive by plane, by car and by train on the hotel page.

 

 

What is the difference between a Double and a Twin room?

A Double room has a double bed, a Twin room two separate single beds.

 

 

Is it possible to book an extra bed in the room?

AIn general the extra bed is available at an additional charge. In the booking box you can ask for an additional bed.

 

 

Are the rates on the DREAM DESTINATION EUROPE website per person or per room?

That depends on the policy of the accommodation. You will find this information by reviewing the hotel page. All rates are specified there.

 

 

How much does it cost to make an online reservation with DREAM DESTINATION EUROPE?

The DREAM DESTINATION EUROPE service is completely free for our users. You will not have any cost or fee for registration and neither for booking through DREAM DESTINATION EUROPE. You will pay the room rate for your stay directly in the hotel.

 

 

Is breakfast included in the room rates?

You will find this information in the hotel page under facilities.

 

 

Are taxes included in the room rates?

You can check if taxes are included in the price under room rates in the hotel page.

 

 

Why does DREAM DESTINATION EUROPE need my credit card details?

Your credit card details are only required as a reservation guarantee for the hotel in case of no show or late cancellation.

 

 

Does the accommodation need a deposit or a payment in advance?

This depends on the payment policy of the hotel. In general you pay directly at your arrival or at your departure. If a hotel requires a deposit in advance, it will be clearly mentioned on the hotel page.

 

 

What kind of credit cards are accepted by the accommodations?

MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted as a guarantee in most hotels. Please check the hotel page if you would like to use a different credit card.

 

 

My credit card has been charged. How can I get refund?

DREAM DESTINATION EUROPE never charges clients credit cards. Please get in contact directly with the hotel in case you got charged. The phone number of the hotel comes with the booking confirmation by e-mail.

 

 

Can I book a room without credit card?

We are sorry, this is not possible. All accommodations require a credit card to guarantee the reservation.

 

 

How secure is the DREAM DESTINATION EUROPE website. Is it safe to fill in my credit card details?

Using the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer (SSL)" technology to encrypt your credit card details we can guarantee that your credit card data is 100% safe and we will reimburse the first 50 Euro should your credit card be misused or abused due to Dream Destination Europe Srl. The credit card company is obliged to pay the remainder.

 

 

How can I control if my reservation is confirmed?

As soon as you send your reservation request, you will receive an e-mail informing you that your request came in to the desired accommodation. Within 48 hours DREAM DESTINATION EUROPE will contact you via e-mail either confirming or cancelling your request. In the second case we will suggest you another accommodation.

 

 

Is it possible to book a room by phone or e-mail?

We are sorry, we accept only online bookings. Anyway, if you should need assistance you can contact us at any time sending an e-mail to customerservice@dde-europe.com

 

 

What are the check-in and check-out times of an accommodation?

You will find this information on the hotel page under ‘General information’.

 

 

Ho can I ask an early check in or late check out time?

You should contact the accommodation by phone or by e-mail. You will get the contact information together with the booking confirmation by e-mail.

 

 

Is it a problem if I arrive very late in the evening? Can I still check in?

In general this should not be a problem at all. For being sure please contact the accommodation directly. The contact information will be sent to you together with the booking confirmation by e-mail.

 

 

How can I control my reservation?

You can control the status of your reservation any time by entering the login. You will access to your private area where you can see all your reservation details. You can also cancel your reservation from here.

 

 

How can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your reservation/booking by clicking the link ‘Cancel your reservation’. You will be asked to sign in. In your private area you oversee the status of all your reservations. You can cancel your reservation here. 

In case you cancel later than requested by the hotel or do not show up at all, the hotel might charge you a fee which is in most cases an equivalent for 1 night stay. Note, Dream Destination Europe Srl. will not charge you any cancellation fee whatsoever.

Dream Destination Europe Srl. does not accept cancellation requests sent via e-mail to our Customer Service Department, even if the request is sent before the cancellation policy expires.

 

 

How do I know that my booking has been cancelled?

As soon as you cancel your reservation you will receive a confirmation e-mail. In case you should not receive the e-mail, please contact customerservice@dde-europe.com
