be transmitted to the appropriate hotel by Dream Destination Europe Srl. The
function of Dream Destination Europe Srl. is to establish a direct link
between hotel properties and internet users. Dream Destination Europe Srl.
is not responsible for responses provided by hotel properties to the
reservation requests.
This
website has been created and is operated by Dream Destination Europe Srl.
who acts as an intermediate between hotels and users in order to provide its
users with the possibility to find and book in a simple, effective and quick
way accommodation online. Our service is based on information provided by
the single hotels and therefore we cannot guarantee that all information is
error-free nor can we be held responsible for interruptions or non-delivery
of information. Anyway we do our utmost best to make sure that all
information provided on this website is accurate, sending site inspections
to the single hotels to verify the information provided.
Our service
is completely free of charge. We will not add any additional fees, like a
reservation fee, to the room rate.
2. Privacy
Dream
Destination Europe Srl. follows high ethical standards and respects your
privacy a 100%. We will never give your personal information to third
parties under any circumstances expect required by the booking procedure.
Be reminded
that the service provided can not be exploited to circulate market
researches, contests, hoaxes, slanderous messages, or to convey
inappropriate contents, names, material or information. Please do not send
material using someone else's e-mail address as sender. In case of breach
of the copyright laws or of the terms and conditions, Dream Destination
Europe Srl. reserves the right to claim compensation.
3.
Credit card guarantee
Hotels
require credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. Your
credit card information will be sent directly to the reserved hotel. Making
a reservation, you automatically enter into an agreement with the hotel you
have chosen. We will not charge your credit card, as you will pay for your
stay directly at the hotel at check-in or check out – depending on the
payment policies of the hotel.
We can
assure you that we take our responsibility regarding your credit card
information very seriously.
Using the
industry standard "Secure Socket Layer (SSL)" technology to encrypt your
credit card details we can guarantee that your credit card data is 100% safe . The credit card company is
obliged to pay the remainder.
4.
Cancellation
Please
follow the instructions in the web site you have booked the hotel in case
you need to cancel your stay. Cancelling according to the cancellation
policy of the hotel, you will not be charged at all. In case you cancel
later than requested by the hotel or do not show up at all, the hotel might
charge you a fee which is in most cases an equivalent for 1 night stay.
Note, Dream Destination Europe Srl. will not charge you any cancellation fee
whatsoever.
Dream Destination Europe Srl. does not accept
cancellation requests sent via email to our Customer Service Department,
even if the request is sent before the cancellation policy expires. All
cancellations need to be made following the instructions in the main menu
or going to
